How do I secure my space? Do I need to make a deposit to secure my date?

Please give us a call at 717-963-8830 or send us an email at info@eventsatthesanctuary.com to discuss availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and it is non-refundable.

Are linens, chairs and tables included?

Up to 100 Mahogany Chiavari chairs are provided as well as (15) 72" round table and (6) 6' rectangle tables. White linens are optional and can be added for $50.

Can I choose my own caterer and vendors?

Yes, the choice is yours. You have the freedom to use the vendors of your choice to make your event truly yours. Please let us know if you'd like a recommendation.

Does The Sanctuary allow alcohol to be served at events?

Yes, you are welcome to serve alcohol on the premises. An insured bartender will need to be on-site to serve to your guests.

Yes, we have a dedicated parking lot. There is also free parking available along the street.

Can I have alcohol at my event?

Yes, a RAMP certified bartender is required for the sale or serving of alcohol

Do you provide a sound system for music for my event?

Accepted Answer

We do not provide a sound system for music. You are free to bring your own or have a DJ. Please keep in mind the noise ordinance starts at 10pm.
